GENERAL

  • Purchased eBook titles cannot be returned, refunded, printed, or exchanged.
  • In case of technical difficulty in downloading or accessing a title, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • You are permitted to download the eBook but this license is personal to you, non-exclusive and non-transferrable.
  • The eBook title may be reproduce and stored in portions for your personal use only.
  • Full-scale reproduction of the contents of the eBook is expressly prohibited.
  • The eBook should not be used on more than one computer system concurrently. You are not allowed to make or distribute unauthorized copies of the eBook, or use, copy, modify, or transfer the eBook, in whole or in part, unless you receive our express permission.
  • In case of transferring possession of the eBook to a third party, the license is automatically terminated.

PAYMENT
Payments are accepted through Debit Cards and Credit Cards and processed through Authorized.net. Payments can also be done through Cash On Delivery to ensure the best possible customer experience and ensure the customer’s privacy. All our products are delivered as downloads, on receipt of payment, all goods remain the property of the company until paid for in full. The download instructions are sent by email after the payment is received. Additional charges, late fees, chargeback fees, and other fees are determined by the payment providers.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Any subscription services maybe cancelled by the customer at any time. Customers can cancel the subscriptions through the payment provider, in their user account on Bookgasm.com or contacting our support staff. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is required.

All our products with the exception of eBooks come with a 30-day refund guarantee. Customers can request a refund by contacting our support staff. Refunds are granted only within 30 days of the original payment. Refund requests that reach us outside o 30 days or refund requests or subsequent billings of a subscription (all payments after first payment) will not be granted. Both the customers and ourselves have the right to terminate/cancel for any reason.

DELIVERY
eBooks are delivered in Electronic Format. You will receive the pdf file and electronic link after making payment and registering yourself on the website. Once you have the link, you can login and experience eBook with background music and videos etc. You can download it in pdf format as well.

Physical books will be delivered within 3 business days after confirmation of order.
